Mumbai: Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt Ltd has marked the completion of two residential developments in Mumbai, with Alliance Vista in Vile Parle (East) and Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad (West) receiving their Occupancy Certificates (OCs).
Both developments have also been fully sold out, marking the completion of the projects from construction and regulatory approval through to sales.
Located in Vile Parle (East), Alliance Vista features a mix of residential and commercial spaces. Its residential offering includes 2 and 4 BHK homes with RERA carpet areas ranging from 554 sq ft to 1,117 sq ft. The project began the handover process in June 2026.
Meanwhile, Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad (West) comprises 2 and 3 BHK residences, with homes ranging from 600 sq ft to 821 sq ft in RERA carpet area.
According to Ankita Luharuka, CEO, Alliance City Developers Realtors Pvt Ltd, obtaining the OCs represents an important milestone for both developments. She noted that the projects reaching completion while being fully sold out reflects the confidence placed by homebuyers in the developer and its delivery commitments.
With the receipt of the Occupancy Certificates, both projects have formally moved into the completed-project stage, strengthening Alliance City's presence across Mumbai's established residential markets.
